For
years now people have been furthering their education by going to college right
after high school. Nowadays there are hundreds of colleges each having
something very unique and/or specializing in a certain department such as
engineering, or agriculture. Take the University
of Auburn and/or the University of Southern
California for instance. Both having many similarities and differences.
Some how Auburn
always comes at first as a choice.
For
instance let's take the University of Auburn and the University of Southern
California as an example. Both university's
require just about the same high school grades and years of a subject. And they
both also provide housing and board for students. As well as having providing
sufficient financial aid to those in
need.
Although
they have some similarities, its the differences in these two colleges that
really stands out. First off, the tuition for USC is drastically higher than
the tuition for Auburn .
USC's tuition cost around 37,000 where as the tuition for Auburn is only 23,000. Another big difference
these two colleges have is that one is a private school (USC) and the other is
just a regular public school.
I
would choose Auburn because most of my family
lives in the south, Alabama and Florida . Mainly because
grandparents live in Alabama
which of whom are my biggest role models I have. Not only because it's convenient,
but Auburn also offers a nicer and bigger campus than USC. Further more I would
not be called a spoiled brat for attending Auburn .
In
conclusion Auburn
seems to be the University that best suits me. The many differences in between
these two colleges pulls me towards where I once long to be, with my grand
parents attending Auburn
University . let's face it
USC just isn't for me.
